Kyrgyzstan has declared Maxim Yakovlev, a director general of the Poligraphoformlenie packaging manufacturer company, as internationally wanted, the Kommersant newspaper wrote. The businessman is accused of large scale fraud.

Maxim Yakovlev and Oleg Podobedov have established the subsidiary of the packaging company Poligraphoformlenie Continent. The equipments for the subsidiary were purchased through the Devenkroft Enterprizes Limited company in Nicosia, Cyprus. The Poligraphoformlenie Continent has taken form Cyprus assets for $1.5 million, $388,000 of which were loans from the company of Oleg Podobedov and $559,000 - means of Podobedov. Thereafter, Maxim Yakovlev has dismissed Podobedov from the business and stopped payment for the equipments and artificially created claims for the Devenkroft Enterprayzes Ltd. to the Poligraphoformlenie. According to investigations, Oleg Podobedov and his company Continent had suffered material damages. Following the results of the investigation in July 2013, Yakovlev was accused of fraud committed by group on a large scale. The arrest of equipments and all property of Yakovlev was made.
